We Fly Aerial Media holds pre-existing FAA airspace approval across the entire Las Vegas Motor Speedway property — so productions can fly the track, infield, pit lane and grounds without waiting on new authorizations. We shoot film, television, commercials, car races, vehicle launches, autonomous vehicle testing, private corporate racing events and live broadcast, staffed by FAA Part 107 licensed pilots and camera operators with thousands of flight hours.
For automotive and racing work we run the full platform range — from the Inspire 3 and heavy-lift cinema rigs to FPV chase drones that track cars at speed. We also hold wide-area FAA approval across the Las Vegas Strip, and back every operation with a $10 million aviation liability policy meeting the requirements of all major studios, networks, agencies and brands. Yes, for qualifying productions. We Fly Aerial Media is approved to fly on the Las Vegas Strip with FAA Part 107 licensed operators and the airspace authorizations needed for controlled airspace around Harry Reid International. Strip flights still require venue/property permission, safety planning, and coordination with applicable TFRs and event restrictions.

Yes. We coordinate City of Las Vegas and Clark County film/aerial permits plus FAA authorizations so production isn’t left guessing on compliance.

Reach out as early as possible — especially for Strip hotels, Sphere-adjacent locations, live events, Grand Prix, and day shoots. Smaller non-Strip jobs can often move faster once airspace is confirmed.

Yes. We hold an FAA §107.39 Operation Over Human Beings waiver, which most operators don’t. Over-people flights use approved smaller platforms with safety measures (including propeller guards where required), visual observers, and site-specific procedures — the same framework we use for concerts, festivals, sports, and busy sets.
